Shows and reservations
The musical Santa’s house, The School of Elves play and the exhibition Christmas at the House of Savoy.
All shows and entertainment require an entrance ticket that can be purchased via CiaoTickets. It will be possible to access the desired activity only at the time chosen during the purchase.
It is advisable to reach the entrance of the activity purchased approximately 10/15 minutes before the time indicated on the ticket, without passing through the cash registers, so that the validation checks can be carried out.
Tickets for Santa Claus’ House, The Elves’ School and Christmas at the House of Savoy are available in advance on Ciaotickets and at the authorised dealers.
Any remaining tickets can also be purchased on the days of the event, directly on site, however, there is no guarantee of availability, nor the possibility to choose the time.
Access to dogs is permitted as long as they are kept on a leash both inside Santa’s House and the Elves’ School. Please note: there will be lights and sounds that could scare them.
For Christmas at the House of Savoy, inside the Royal Castle, only small dogs are allowed as long as they are kept in a special carrier
Despite knowing that part of the spectators “need” a stroller, for safety reasons, it is not possible to access the Santa Claus House with strollers, the on-site staff will therefore ask visitors to leave them outside, before entering the musical.
Access to the interior of Santa Claus’ House and the Elves’ School does not include architectural barriers.
Please note the presence of architectural barriers to access the Christmas exhibition at the House of Savoy inside the Royal Castle.
The climb to the Castle, from which you can access both Santa Claus’ House and the Christmas at the House of Savoy exhibition, is not easy to pass in a pram or wheelchair. On site, in Govone, Civil Protection personnel, upon request at the moment, will be able to help people with disabilities reach these areas.
